Dorin Badea
Chief Executive
Dorin has over twenty years’ experience in various banking and capital markets roles.
He acts as a Senior Adviser across the CEE Region for capital markets, investment, infrastructure, energy and innovation projects.
He is an independent non-executive director at TTS (listed in Bucharest), the leading river transport company on the lower Danube and at the newly established Romanian Investment and Development Bank.
Dorin is a CFA Charterholder and has served as a volunteer at CFA Romania, part of the prestigious CFA Institute, for nearly two decades.
Joe Philipsz
Chairman
Joe has over thirty years’ experience in infrastructure having been involved in some of the largest European Infrastructure Transactions over the decades.
Most recently, he was Head of a €1 billion Greenfield infrastructure fund in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is Chair of the Scottish Futures Trust, a Scottish Government company that is responsible for delivering new infrastructure in Scotland.
Graeme Sloan
Director
Graeme has been a corporate lawyer for over thirty years. He served as global M&A co-chair at Latham & Watkins and subsequently held the same position at Morrison & Foerster before forming his own legal practice, Sloan Legal, in 2020.
Graeme’’s clients have included a range of financial investors such as Apollo, Baillie Gifford, Bank of Scotland, Candover, Carlyle, KKR, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Summit Partners and strategics such as ABN Amro, Koch Industries, McDermott International. Safran, and SoftBank.
